Refreshed identity for ColoRotate

ColoRotate is a simple to use yet powerful color editor that allows intuitive control over individual colors as well as full palettes in a three-dimensional color space.

As ColoRotate eveolved, the main symbol and logo were updated to match the new shape of the editor body. Aditionally, a new icon was designed for the upcoming ColoRotate iOS app.

Design for the pop art creator iPhone app Popstamatic

Popstamatic is an art creator app for the iPhone which takes a normal photo and transforms it into Andy Warhol inspired pop art.

The stylish new user interface (UI) design features a straight-forward flow that captures a photo, processes it then saves it to the device.

A novel way to browse Wikipedia on your iPad: WikiNodes

WikiNodes is a visual browser for Wikipedia on the iPad.

I designed a new theme for the SpicyNodes engine employed by WikiNodes, and participated to the design of the iPad user interface (UI) that allows users to explore Wikipedia content by making connections between articles and article sections.

New identity, web site design and prints for Concierge Contractor

Concierge Contractor is a construction company activating in the Austin, Texas metropolitan and suburban areas.

I performed a redesign of the IDEA.org web site, focusing on a central blog and a support section for the new IDEA apps for iOS.

The company needed to provide information about their business and services online, and streamline appointments. I provided designs for a small web site containing essential info about the business and services, and a contact form for setting appointments and sending inquiries.

Launched in 1999, WebExhibits was one of the first online museums. The web site hosts interactive exhibits covering science, technology, engineering, mathematics, humanity, and culture.

The second redesign of the WebExhibits main site ensures compatibility with the emerging Apple iOS devices, and provides a refreshed look.

New 'Draft' exhibit for WebExhibits

Launched in 1999, WebExhibits was one of the first online museums, and now receives over eight million visitors each year. The web site presents interactive exhibits covering science, technology, engineering, mathematics, humanities, and culture.

The new 'Drafts' exhibit provides insight into the creative processes leading to exceptional works, and is delivered both on the web and as an Apple iPad app.

As part of a complete redesign of the online museum, I designed the main WebExhibits site, which acts as a portal to the exhibit subsites.

TapTheExpert is a new online service offering advice, in the form of quizzes and guides, on virtually any topic, delivered on the iPhone and on the web.

The new designs encompass a complete solution that includes a visual identity, an iPhone app and a web site.

As a compressed version of the ColoRotate online editor, the Photoshop plugin integrates with the existing workflow of the user. As such, the UI was adapted to accomodate changes and additions.

In addition to the complex color editor, the web site hosts support and promotion sections, user management and the ColoRotate online store. Although it blends together several web technologies, the site manages to provide a cohesive and fluent user experience.
